Where is it hosted?
This decides two things: which improvements reach you, and which plan you are paying for. Odoo.sh and self-hosting only exist on the Custom plan.
How many users do you have?
The ones you pay for in the subscription, not the headcount. Every employee on the HR app without their own user account counts as a light user, even if nobody has marked them as one. If you do not know, leave it at zero.
