We use agents to build the improvements. Our expert work is understanding the problem, choosing the solution and checking it meets what we agreed. That is why the service is a fee and defined deliveries, not a bucket of hours.

How we work

From the first improvement to everyday use

We solve what holds you back today, keep what we put in place running and propose the next thing every week. All within €200 a month.

Start with the diagnosis or with a conversation. We agree on one concrete case, solve it on a twin of your Odoo, and you only subscribe if it convinces you.

  1. First contact

    We talk for half an hour and find the process that costs you most

    We sign a confidentiality agreement and look at your processes and where they hurt. Together we agree which concrete case serves as the trial, and how you will check that it works. At no cost to you.

  2. 5 working days

    We solve it on a twin of your Odoo

    We create a digital twin of your business, design the business solution and implement it on your own data. Then we show you what we did and how. This is the agreed trial, not the full rollout: that continues delivery by delivery.

  3. Time to decide

    If it convinces you, you subscribe

    You test it and decide in your own time. No commitment: if it does not convince you, that is where it ends. And if you go ahead, you have 4 weeks from signing to change your mind.

  4. On signing

    From there, the list and the deliveries

    Your subscription starts when you sign. We finalise your list and complete any remaining environment preparation within five working days of signing or full access, whichever is later. The operational switch and final data synchronisation take place with your written approval, on the agreed date.

Throughout all of the above your current installation is untouched: we build a digital twin and work there. The 4-week refund window runs from the day you sign the collaboration agreement, not from the first call.

We provide an initial response to incidents affecting the environment we operate or our deliveries within four business hours. This is the response time, not the resolution time.

Your questions help us get better

The terms of the service, in writing. If yours is not here, the assistant is connected to our knowledge base and answers right away.

  • Because what got cheaper is building, not deciding. With agents, repeating an attempt stops costing somebody a day’s work; what still costs the same is knowing what is worth building in your business and answering for it when it touches your invoices. That is why the price is fixed and the limits are about pace, not scope: one active improvement at a time.

    The price is the only proof

  • Once you have seen the solution working and decided you want it. Before that there is a first call and five working days in which we solve, on a twin of your Odoo and at no cost, the one concrete case we agreed on. That is a trial, not the full rollout: the rollout comes after, delivery by delivery. When you sign the collaboration agreement we synchronise the data, draw up your list and deliveries begin. The 4-week guarantee runs from that signature too.

  • Yes, unless the request is a big one. Then we split it into consecutive requests, each delivered within two working days of activation. There is always one active: never none, never two. It costs no more, it takes longer.

  • After testing and with your explicit approval. We agree the date and synchronise the data. Your original installation is unchanged.

  • The day you sign the collaboration agreement. From there you have 4 weeks to request a refund of the first month’s fee, with no explanation required.

  • Maintenance includes an initial response to incidents affecting the environment we operate or our deliveries within four business hours. Responding is not resolving, and that is the time to get on it — though closing it much sooner is what we aim for.

  • A steady flow of work that improves your ERP: what you ask for and what comes from our recommendations once you approve it. And every week, new improvement proposals for you to decide on.

  • You decide what to add. Your requests continue as normal.

  • The subscription includes an AiKit licence in your name, active for as long as the subscription is. With it you can ask your Odoo about any data it holds, write and edit information, and generally run your business in plain language. One licence is included. If you want more users or a bigger plan, we will help, but that is no longer part of the subscription.

  • Version upgrades are included, with checks and individual deliveries. The Odoo licence is not: you buy it directly. The AiKit one is — one licence, for as long as the subscription lasts.

  • Try it free for 14 days before signing up. Then the subscription, €200/month + VAT, with setup included: we get your Odoo in shape at no extra charge. Processes are implemented through individual deliveries.

  • Yes. There is no minimum term. You take your data and the code developed for you, as set out in the contract.
