The quote in a spreadsheet, the invoice in another program, the stock in the warehouse manager's head and the customer in your inbox. Nobody is wrong: everyone is looking somewhere different. In Odoo the quote, the delivery note and the invoice are the same document at three moments.
With scattered data, margin is worked out by hand and arrives late. Once everything is inside, the same data feeds the dashboard: today's sales, what's still owed and which customer actually makes you money — with nobody preparing anything.
Copying the order onto the delivery note, the note onto the invoice, the invoice onto the bank. Odoo does that on its own. And what it doesn't cover out of the box — reading an email, reconciling a statement, flagging a delay — is done by agents working inside your Odoo.
A mistyped price shows up when you invoice; a wrong reference, when you count stock. With one copy of the data and the rules inside the system, the mistake never reaches the customer: there's nowhere to copy it wrong.
