Situation
A fast-growing company with its accounting at a professional firm, a CRM that depended on each salesperson filling it in, and the tasks every company does by hand each month: reconciling the bank, sending payroll, producing working-time reports.
What we put in place
The same, faster: bank reconciliation, payroll and working-time reports became a button. And what was not done before: complete CRM records and up-to-date sales activity without the salesperson doing anything; meetings recorded and processed so decisions, conclusions and actions stay in the company; and our own accounting, which we stopped keeping at a firm and now keep in our own Odoo, with AI and with safeguards.
What changed
Fewer admin hours and, above all, things that did not exist before: a CRM that reflects reality and a company memory that does not depend on who was in the meeting. Accounting, the last thing a company dares to bring back in-house, came home.
How it was done
The same way we will do it in your business: agents build; a person decides, reviews and answers for it. Everything is tried first on a digital twin, and only what works goes live. In accounting, AI prepares and a person has the last word.
